Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2023-2024 Registration

There are no refunds or prorating of player fees for any reason. A family may be removed from the Academy for cause. In the event a family leaves or is removed from the Academy before all fees are paid in full, the fees remain due and payable in full. In the event a family fails to pay their player fee according to this agreement; the Board of Directors has the authority upon 10 days written notice to the family to prevent the families’ child from participating in the academy until satisfactory arrangements are made for payment. All remaining balances after May 15, 2024, will be charged a 5% late fee or $75 each month on the balance whichever is greater. All reasonable costs associated with collecting any monies due under this contract, including collection fees and reasonable attorney’s fees are collectible hereunder.
